The virtue that I chose is tranquility. Tranquility is the state of mind of not getting mad at little things in life. I chose this because I need more of it in my life. I like the simplicity of the way it’s used in life.

I would like to improve my tranquility in my life by not letting little things like family make me mad or irritated. Not getting into arguments and fights with my sibling. I would try being more down to earth and laidback. I want to find things that make me more relaxed and calm. I’m going to listen to music and find calming things like reading more books and painting/drawing.

update #1: I put tranquility into my life so far by taking a long relaxing walk on Monday. I live in the woods so i brought my camera and took pictures. i stopped by a lake/pond and just sat there and listened to the nature's music aka birds and animals.

update #2: Over the weekend I relaxed and let little fights and arguments with my family go by. I realized that they were not needed and so i didn;t put my two cents on it. tranquility is going well. Iv'e really been calm and at peace with life since I found out that Sarah Hurley died because I know she's in a better place.

Sara, I'm glad that you've been thinking about life and finding tranquility, despite the difficult time it is for all of us. -Mrs. V

update #3: i really dont know what to put. The past week has been consistantly the same as the other weeks and lately i just havent been thinking.

update #4: so i've been thinking about tranquility. It's not only good to do things that make your life tranquil but also in your mind. You could do anything you want but if your head is saying stuff that isnt tranquil your not really completely trying to be tranquil. i've realized that and i dont think of the stuff that could stress me out and put me in a bad place. i've realized people try to do that to you too and that they have self-esteem problems and i dont let that bother me anymore.
